About Elix
Founded by Sue Ruddick, Elix draws on more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across public affairs, campaigns and organisational leadership.
Sue has held senior roles including Chief Operating Officer and Acting CEO, working with organisations to navigate challenge, build influence and deliver meaningful change.
Elix works with charities, public bodies and mission-led organisations that need experienced strategic support, whether that's shaping a campaign, strengthening stakeholder relationships or helping leaders think through their next steps.
